Our Story

Luna Pet Wash was born from real dog-parent frustration.

As the mom of two active LA street dogs who get into absolutely everything, I know the struggle of trying to keep dogs clean without turning it into an all-day event. Booking a traditional grooming appointment is not always easy, and even when the experience is meant to feel seamless, the idea of my dogs waiting around for hours stresses both them and me out — especially when I have places to be and cannot spend the day waiting.

I also wanted a place I could pop into after a muddy hike, a beach day, or a messy adventure without needing to plan days ahead, wait in a loud humid lobby, or hope there was space when I arrived.

So I created Luna.

Luna is a calm, modern dog wash designed for real life. Come in for a quick self-serve wash, or let our Express Care team help when you need an extra hand. Either way, the goal is simple: make washing your dog easier, cleaner, faster, and a lot less stressful.

On a personal note, Luna was also my four-legged niece. She passed away while I was first conceptualizing this business, and her personality matched so much of what I wanted Luna Pet Wash to stand for. Her joy, endless energy, charisma, and love for any kind of ball will live forever in our memories — and in the spirit of this brand.
